Description:
(Level: Basic to intermediate Agile knowledge needed)
What happens after we obtain our Scrum certification? What are some of the intermediate and advanced techniques that Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches use? At times, teams can begin to slow down or stall. How can we help a team do better than only implementing the basic ceremonies? This presentation is in two parts. Come here Mike share his techniques for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches. These ideas are an extension of the basics we learn when starting Agile. Learn ways to influence teams and leaders to help teams work better. For the 2nd part, bring your questions, problems and challenges you have with existing teams. Mike will incorporate your questions into a group discussion and help provide ideas you can try with your teams. If you are an experience Scrum Master or Agile Coach, come participate in the discussion and share your experience, too.
