At PMI-DVC, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make, including educational products, catalog items and event tickets. Please review our refund policy below for details on how we handle refunds across our various offerings.

1. Educational Products

   - Digital Products: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a digital educational product, such as e-books, online courses, or downloadable resources, you may request a refund within [30] days from the date of purchase. Refunds for digital products will be issued in the original form of payment.

   - Physical Products:  For physical educational products, such as textbooks or learning kits, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. We may require proof of damage, such as photographs, before processing your replacement.

   - Educational Product Bundles: We offer educational bundles that combine multiple educational products for a discounted price. If you are dissatisfied with an educational bundle, you may request a refund within [15] days of purchase providing that no seals or vouchers have been broken/redeemed. Refunds for educational bundles will be issued for the full bundle price, minus a 15% restocking fee.

2. Catalog Products

   - We want you to love the swag you purchase from us. But if for any reason you are not satisfied with your swag item, you may return it within [30] days for a refund. Swag items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached, if applicable.

3. Professional Development Events

Refunds will be processed as follows if you have registered for an event but need to cancel: 

- Full Refund: Tickets are refundable at a rate of 100% of the ticket price if the cancellation request is received from the registration date up to and including the event date.  

 - No Refund: Tickets are non-refundable if the cancellation request is received after the event date.

4. Refund Exceptions

The following products are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Digitally fulfilled, Logical Operations-published products which have been redeemed  
  • Any Custom print or digital orders including custom logos 
  • CD/DVD
  • Exam vouchers
  • Promotional purchases 
  • Marketplace products
  • T-Shirts or kit components
  • VMware
  • CertNexus products
  • Bundle products with vouchers
  • PMI On-Demand PMP Exam Prep
  • PMI PMP Exam Prep
  • PMI Disciplined Agile materials
  • 3rd Party Content

5. How to request a refund.

- To initiate a refund, please submit a refund request form on the chapter’s website.

- Your request should include the following information:

  • Your First and Last Name
  • Email address associated with the order
  • Phone number
  • Order number; and 
  • Reason for the refund request

- Request are reviewed within [2] business days of submission.

- Approval or denial of a refund will be received within [2] business days of review.

- It may take up to [15] business days to complete a refund and may take 1 or 2 billing cycles to reflect on your account statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Additional Terms and Conditions.  

  • This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please check our website or contact us directly for the most up-to-date information regarding our refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are returned in a used or damaged condition, or for items that are not returned within the specified return period.
  • For electronic products, once the product has been checked for redemption and deactivated, you will be issued a refund for the amount paid minus a 15% restocking fee.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping of the physical product. The return shipment must be packaged properly to eliminate unnecessary damage.
  • For events, a refund request does not serve as cancellation and canceling an event does not automatically trigger a refund request unless the event was canceled by the chapter.
