Catherine Burch, Vice President of Health & Technology Innovation Center, at ChristianaCare, will share her knowledge and firsthand experience implementing generative AI initiatives. Learn about key use cases for generative AI in project management, the impact on project manager roles, overcoming implementation challenges with generative AI focused projects, and real-world success stories.

Presenter Bio:
As the Vice President of Innovation, Catherine is responsible for creating an environment that accelerates idea generation and innovation. She drives the innovation strategy by executing on those ideas and championing new and emerging technologies that could disrupt health care as we know it today.
Located at ChristianaCare’s Wilmington, Delaware campus, Catherine also directs the operations of the Health & Technology Innovation Center at ChristianaCare and its dedicated team of award-winning designers, developers, and analysts.
With over 25 years in the technology industry, Catherine has earned several professional distinctions and honors from Information Technology professional associations and journals, such as Information Week Magazine’s “Twenty Great Ideas to Steal” and Computerworld’s Honors Program “Top Five” recognition. Most recently, the work of the Innovation Center was awarded the 2023 FutureEdge 50 award, which honors the most innovative applications of emerging technologies and the innovative cultures enabling them, and the American Business Awards 2023 Technical Innovation of the Year.
Catherine holds several certifications in usability and user experience and is a certified Foresight Practitioner. She is a proud member of the Delaware Science & Tech Advisory Group and is a Startup mentor for the Spark Factory at The Innovation Space, with a passion for supporting our regional entrepreneurs.
