Philadelphia Future City Competition
Volunteering at the Philadelphia Future City Competition is the most fun you can have while earning PDUs. There will be over 300 students representing 35 schools there. They have been working on their project-based learning activity since September. The challenge they addressed is: Choose a climate change impact and design one innovative and futuristic climate change adaptation and one mitigation strategy to keep your residents healthy and safe. If you don’t have plans for Saturday January 21 volunteer to support the chapter, PMI-DVC is a Gold Sponsor of the competition. Help some middle school students and earn a handful of PDUs. We particularly need a volunteer photographer.
