To be effective, Project Managers need to lead through influence, not authority. People want to work for leaders who are consistent, predictable and who set clear expectations.
A Personal Leadership Philosophy is a clear and easy to understand statement of a leader’s personal values, priorities, expectations, and operating principles. During this session, in a facilitated fashion each participant will learn how to develop their own personal leadership philosophy and leave with a rough outline start to the process.
