About Us:

  • Allison Saillard currently serves as the VP of Programs for the PMI-DVC chapter while also working as the Senior Manager of Business Operations at FanDuel. With more than a decade of project management experience and both a PMP and CSM under her belt, she loves to help share information and advice with anyone looking to enter or grow within the profession. She's currently focusing on expanding her knowledge of AI and automation, innovative tools that are quickly weaving their way into everyone's world. More than anything, Allison believes in equality and actively acknowledges the challenges currently facing marginalized communites in the US and around the world. Her hope is that by amplifying and lifting up their voices, she can make a difference.
  • Suzanne Dreitlein, MS, CAPM, is a web project manager and digital storyteller. Originally, she had dreams of being a print journalist but the need for health benefits and a regular paycheck took her on an amazing journey. In retrospect, her foundation in journalism taught her to listen and be objective - valuable skills she uses every day. Years ago, as the work related to her roles as web designer and webmaster became more project-based, her mom (a fellow PM) gave her the PMBOK v.3 to help get organized. The rest is history! As web manager, Suzanne brings a strong foundation of project management to her work with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management, excellent user experience, and ongoing process improvement. She’s managed websites in a wide range of industries from higher education to legal and corporate. During graduate school, Suzanne further developed a deep affection for project management, not only for work, but as a way of life. She's been entertaining her family and friends with spreadsheets and project plans ever since. After years of being extremely test-adverse, Suzanne decided it was time for certification and took the CAPM test. She attributes surviving the experience to the welcoming and supportive people she met during the CAPM study group. Wanting to pay it forward, Suzanne decided to become active in the Delaware Valley Chapter and has held the roles of social media manager, director of K-12 outreach, and now VP of marketing and communications. When she’s not managing web projects, Suzanne is a volunteer historic interpreter at Elfreth’s Alley in Philadelphia.
  • Leigh Ann Gunther is a Strategic Technical Program Manager with over 20 years of experience leading Agile transformations, DevOps integrations, and enterprise-scale software initiatives. At Comcast, she has driven impactful change across business and technology teams, delivering measurable results such as $1.8 million in annual savings through process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. Known for her thoughtful leadership and commitment to continuous improvement, Leigh Ann also serves as a mentor and educator in the project management community. Her credentials include PMP, PMI-ACP, CSP-SM, CSPO, and Certified Agile Leader certifications. She has led volunteer programs, created educational offerings for global audiences, and guided others in navigating change with empathy and accountability. Whether optimizing workflows or helping teams deliver on their potential, Leigh Ann brings clarity, purpose, and a sharp strategic lens to every challenge.
