CJ has years of experience as an international organizational development consultant, specializing in leadership development with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and governmental agencies, demonstrating the benefit and value of incorporating a culture of belonging in the workplace. CJ will present evidence-based research that support his best practice recommendations, and practical and actionable takeaways. CJ has presented to other PMI Chapters and provided training to PMI Global.
