Speaker's Biography:
Deborah founded The Deborah Group to help people and their organizations maximize the powerful asset of human relationships. A results oriented leader, Deborah has demonstrated accomplishments in domestic organizations of all sizes and multinational companies. She has a proven track record as someone who is detail oriented and dedicated to producing quality project outcomes within scope, schedule, and cost objectives. Herting is recognized as an exceptional organizer with strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to create co-located and virtual teams that collaborate to produce results in complex and dynamic environments. She has an extensive background working with internal and external constituents, including vendors that use global resources. A strategic thinker who has vision within the organization, Deborah earned her M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and participated in study abroad programs at the HEC Executive Education, Jouy en Josas, France and the ENPC School of International Management, Paris, France. Her book, The Power of Interpersonal Skills in Project Management speaks to the art and science of project management.
