PMP® Exam Prep- 35 Hours This intense, 35-hour preparation course contains five modules that immerse you in real-world scenarios, representing various industries and project management situations to help you practice applying principles and concepts at work. This course meets the 35-hour requirement to apply to take PMP Exam and is intended for those who are experienced in project management, or who have already taken project management courses. The focus is on how best to prepare, study for, and take the PMP credential examination. A review of material normally covered in the exam will be presented. Successful completion of this course ensures that students will meet the 35-hour education requirement in order to apply for and take the exam and that their Education will not be subject to audit. PMI DELAWARE VALLEY CHAPTER: NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION (NMO) 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM Welcome New Members! Join the call to learn more about the benefits and opportunities of having a Chapter membership. The orientation leader is Roxanne Wallace who currently serves as Senior Research Director, with NORC at the University of Chicago. Roxanne started her Survey Research career with the Census Bureau in June 2014 as a Presidential Management Fellow with the Decennial Management Division. She served as the Assistant Regional Census Manager for 2020 Decennial Operations in the Philadelphia Regional Office, and as a Regional Spokesperson promoting the census with media outlets. Roxanne is a retired Veteran from the United States Marine Corps after more than 20 years of service including duty stations in the U.S. and abroad as well as a tour in Iraq. Roxanne has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, received her certification as a Project Management Professional, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration. This meeting can be attended by invitation only. If you are new to the chapter in the late two months (or would like to attend this meeting) and have not received an invite by the first Tuesday of every month, please send out an email to membership@pmi-dvc.org.
