Topic: Examining Many Agile "Languages" with a Similar Goal - Project Management Considerations Speaker: John Margetis Overview: This presentation will examine several new terminologies that are being introduced to PMI members via DA and the new PMBOK 7.0, and compares them to the broader Agile context so that there is less confusion about how these new terms "fit" in the broader industry. There will also be a discussion about the challenges of achieving Predictability and understanding Value in an Agile world, with insightful examples. The presentation will conclude by summarizing key opportunities for Project Management to focus on in the general future. The session will be very interactive and engaging with Q&A at the end of each session.
