Expand Perspective: The Human Advantage in Project Management
As AI becomes increasingly integrated into project management, project leaders must find ways to add value to their organizations. This means that those with the ability to apply judgment, make connections, and see beyond the immediate task will be best positioned moving forward.
In this practical session, communication expert and bestselling author Neil Gordon will explore the “Expand Perspective” element of the M.O.R.E. framework, helping project professionals step back from individual details and connect day-to-day project decisions to the broader reason behind an initiative.
Participants will leave with a practical approach for connecting project details to strategic intent, and ensure their unique value as projects evolve.
Learning Objectives:
1) Identify the core belief shift leaders need to relate a project or change initiative to the organization’s goals.
2) Draft a concise message for use in project kickoffs, sponsor updates, stakeholder meetings, or change rollouts.
3) Apply the message to multiple communication assets to ensure broader understanding and integration of the project
