Speaker Bio:
Matt Rannie is the Managing Director of Foundations Consulting, where he helps organizations strengthen project delivery through practical governance, PMO transformation, and structured delivery frameworks. With more than 15 years of experience leading complex technology, portfolio, and transformation initiatives across global organizations, Matt has successfully delivered programs spanning governance, operational excellence, compliance, AI adoption, and enterprise technology transformation.
Throughout his career, Matt has partnered with senior leaders to establish project governance frameworks, improve portfolio visibility, strengthen PMOs, and support executive decision-making through effective delivery practices. He is passionate about helping organizations simplify project delivery, improve consistency, and achieve measurable business outcomes through practical governance rather than unnecessary bureaucracy.
Matt holds multiple industry certifications including PMP®, PMO-CP®, DASSM®, CPMAI™, PSM I, ITIL® 4 Foundation, and CompTIA Security+. Through Foundations Consulting, he develops governance toolkits, delivery frameworks, and practical resources that help organizations improve project success rates and delivery capability
