Vatsla Chhabra is a Learning & Development and Project Management leader with 19 years of experience delivering training, performance improvement, and business transformation solutions across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager with The Judge Group, she leads complex client-facing portfolios, ensuring successful delivery through strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence.

Having transitioned from Instructional Design into Project Management, Vatsla uniquely combines expertise in adult learning with practical project leadership, enabling her to create solutions that balance organizational objectives with effective learning outcomes. She is also an active mentor, coaching project managers on stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and professional development.

Vatsla holds an MA in Educating Adults from DePaul University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology. She is passionate about helping project professionals apply AI in practical, meaningful ways that improve performance and drive successful project outcomes.
