Course Description
PMI-PMOCP™ Certification Prep Course - 12 Hours
The Snyder Center for Project Excellence, powered by PMI-DVC, is pleased to offer PMI-PMOCP™ Certification Prep as part of its expanding certification pathway for project professionals and PMO leaders.
This live virtual, 12-hour preparation course is designed to help students prepare for the PMI-PMOCP™ exam while strengthening their understanding of modern PMO principles, governance, value delivery, strategy alignment, performance, and organizational impact.
Unlike self-paced training, this course is led by a practicing project management professional who brings real-world experience into the classroom. Students will have the opportunity to engage with the material, ask questions, discuss practical examples, and connect the certification content to the work PMO professionals are doing every day.
This course provides 12 hours of live virtual instruction and completion documentation for 12 instructional hours. Students are responsible for confirming their eligibility, applying through PMI, and paying any PMI exam, membership, or application fees directly to PMI.
Included with registration, students will also receive two additional 1-hour post-course cohort sessions. These sessions are designed to provide continued support after the formal instruction ends, giving students time to ask questions, discuss exam preparation, and stay connected with their cohort as they move toward certification.

The Snyder Center supports your journey beyond the classroom.
Registration includes two additional 1-hour post-course cohort sessions, held approximately 30 and 60 days after the final class session. These instructor-facilitated sessions are designed for:
- Student questions
- Exam preparation discussion
- Continued cohort support
- Guided discussion based on student needs
These sessions may be recorded, and recordings or transcripts may be shared with registered students when available.
The Snyder Center also offers separate pro bono PMI certification application coaching clinics (coming soon) for students and professionals seeking general support with the PMI application process.
