Description:

Coaching as a core PMO capability for improving stakeholder engagement and delivery outcomes. It encourages program and project managers to move beyond reactive problemsolving and adopt a coaching mindset grounded in awareness, intentional choice, and purposeful action. By using curiosity, asking powerful questions, and separating facts from assumptions, PMs can reduce defensiveness, increase clarity, and foster shared ownership. The approach positions the PMO as a trusted partner that enables alignment, accountability, and more effective decisionmaking across complex, crossfunctional environments.
