Presentation Summary:
AI can be amazing, and we’ve already been using AI in unexpected ways. The quality of our results is based on past data, and the quality of that data. This session will talk about some of the unexpected impacts of data including the difficulty of new ideas becoming lost, the struggle for tools to interpret human traits such as humor and sarcasm, how data degradation occurs. Additionally, the session will give examples of unintended consequences and show a humorous view of how future generations might interpret the current generation. The last section will show how to use AI tools to summarize and show the evolution of this conference over the past 20 years.
Learning Objectives:
1) Understand the challenges with data sets and the challenge of incorporating new ideas
2) Learn how to guard against Degradation of Data when we use the output of AI to feed future AI queries
3) Understand how what we do today might be interpreted by future generations
4) See an example of using AI tools to show how this conference has adapted over time
