How do we lead a change without using or even having power over the person we seek to redirect? Influence and persuasion are crucial to any kind of leadership, yet they get so little attention. This talk uses colorful storytelling, humor, and a tested persuasion method from an unlikely source to show learners how to persuade more effectively, especially in dealing with stakeholders’ relationships where influence alone wins the day.
Speaker Bio
Our speaker is Chris Leonard, the de-overwhelmer of teams who are stuck, burned out, and falling behind. He uses powerful stories, real-world experiences, and the latest research to shed light on the key issues holding teams and leaders back. Chris is the founder of No Impediments, a consulting firm that gets teams unstuck, on track, and thriving.
