Speaker Bios:

• Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez is the global champion of project management and author of the “Harvard Business Review Project Management Handbook” (HBR 2021) and HBR magazine’s featured article “The Project Economy Has Arrived” (Nov 2021), which argues that Projects are the lingua franca of the business and personal worlds from the C-suite to managing your careers. Antonio’s research and global impact in modern management has been recognized by Thinkers50 with the prestigious award “Ideas into Practice” and is ranked #4 in the global gurus’ Top 30 list. He is part of Marshall Goldsmith 100 coaches. He was the global Chairman of the Project Management Institute in 2016 and has been recognized as a Fellow of PMI for his contribution to the project management profession. He created the Brightline Initiative, founded Projects & Co, and co-founded the Strategy Implementation Institute. His work advises senior leaders on prioritizing and implementing strategic initiatives and leading transformational change.
• Dr Robert Asante, EdD, MBA, CISSP, HCISPP is the Director of ERM and AI Compliance at ChristianaCare Health System. He served as Chief Privacy Officer of ChristianaCare Health System from May 2019 to November 2023. He is also the President & Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ourfoundations Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides economic empowerment resources in underserved communities in Africa. Dr. Asante holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania. He also has a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management and Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Technology from Drexel University. He is a member of the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2, and he holds Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP) certifications. Dr. Asante has multiple leadership roles, including a Board Member of ChristianaCare Union Hospital Affinity Health Services and President & Chairman of Ourfoundations Inc. He served as a privacy expert on Cerner’s (Oracle) National Learning Health Network (LHN) Governance Council for two years.
• Nikkia Squires, Esq. currently serves as Senior Counsel at Christiana Care Health System where she concentrates her practice on healthcare information technology, data privacy, innovation, and related matters. Squires has over fifteen years of experience in a wide range of health care regulatory and transactional legal matters. The majority of her career has been dedicated to advising non-profit health systems.
