Speaker Bios:

• Author of the Harvard Business Review Project Management Handbook, the featured HBR article The Project Economy Has Arrived, and five other books, Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez is the creator of concepts such as the Project Economy. He is the most published author of project management articles in HBR. His research and global impact have been recognized and included in the top 50 most influential management thought leaders by Thinkers50. Fellow and Former Chairman of the Project Management Institute, currently VP of the APM Association. He is the creator of the Brightline Initiative, founder of Projects&Co and co-founder of the Strategy Implementation Institute. Born in Madrid, Spain, and educated in Germany, Mexico, Italy, and the United States, Antonio is fluent in five languages. • Dr Robert Asante, EdD, MBA, CISSP, HCISPP is the Director of ERM and AI Compliance at ChristianaCare Health System. He served as Chief Privacy Officer of ChristianaCare Health System from May 2019 to November 2023. He is also the President & Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ourfoundations Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides economic empowerment resources in underserved communities in Africa. Dr. Asante holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania. He also has a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management and Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Technology from Drexel University. He is a member of the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2, and he holds Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP) certifications. Dr. Asante has multiple leadership roles, including a Board Member of ChristianaCare Union Hospital Affinity Health Services and President & Chairman of Ourfoundations Inc. He served as a privacy expert on Cerner’s (Oracle) National Learning Health Network (LHN) Governance Council for two years.
• Nikkia Squires, Esq. currently serves as Senior Counsel at Christiana Care Health System where she concentrates her practice on healthcare information technology, data privacy, innovation, and related matters. Squires has over fifteen years of experience in a wide range of health care regulatory and transactional legal matters. The majority of her career has been dedicated to advising non-profit health systems.
