Description:
Many companies focus on quick wins when implementing change. They may also expect instant results. For a transformation to become sustainable, the transformation needs to occur at multiple levels: Individual, team, leadership and supporting teams. The core of moving to a new model is to help people change the way they work. Helping people understand the reason for the change increases their motivation and plays a large part in a successful transformation. They must be ready to change. Sometimes people are immediately ready for change, and others may take months or years to be ready. Come learn why we must be patient, think about the long term, and highlight small wins to keep the momentum moving forward.
