Lester Sheely, PMP has been a member of the Delaware Valley Chapter of PMI since 2007, but has been involved with project management most of his career. Working on projects where operations are coordinated with multiple international business centers requires the need for robust organization and communication skills. Implementing processes that follow best practices in project management provides a better understanding of all aspects of work involved from inception through completion phases. Lester has been involved with product development in technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and government enterprises. What all projects have in common is a customer. Understanding and addressing the needs of both our internal and external customers is critical for the success of any project. While outside the office, Lester can be found enjoying the outdoor experience. During the warm seasons, riding the bike, taking the golf clubs for a walk, or getting out for a sail are good ways to catch up with friends. Once the weather changes to the colder side, the skis come out and he can be found on slopes instructing, or simply enjoying the mountain experience with friends and family.
