Microsoft Project remains a vital component of Microsoft’s complete program and portfolio management system, Project Online stores all of the project schedule details into a central data repository allowing you to translate detailed information into powerful program and portfolio visual reports. The interactive reporting allows you to focus on the big picture, while flagging trouble areas in specific projects, risks or resource constraints. Additionally, since Project Online is cloud based, you can easily deploy secure environments for specific contracts encompassing multiple organizations or consortiums
Steve Caseley, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-SP and Scrum Master of Sensei Project Solutions has worked in the project management field for over 25 years, and has a wealth of practical experience in successful project delivery.
