The increasing rate of technology consumption is transforming how we manage projects and deliver results. After years of relatively slow evolution in project management, Lean Agile approaches are re-defining our field of knowledge, changing the how and what of project management and product delivery.

Time as the leading constraint is emerging as the single most important indicator of business survival, Lean Agile techniques are geared towards maximizing time and customer value performance   – are you ready?

This exciting and practical workshop will provide you a broad understanding of Lean Agile and Scrum. You will learn how to start an Agile project using Scrum and Kanban, how to define a product backlog, what are the best practices for story pointing, how to effectively lead the various Scrum meetings, and what are key success attributes of the Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile team. In the afternoon we’ll explore advanced concepts and techniques such as scaling Agile, and user story mapping, and time permitting: rapid prototyping with empathy and long term forecasting.
