Chapter Dinner Meetings
It is anticipated that each monthly dinner meeting planning process commences at least several months in advance. The Chapter Dinner Meeting consists of several requirements. For example, the Program Committee strives to have meetings at various locations located throughout our Chapter area. Once a location is designated then the availability is checked and verified for the number of attendees forecasted for a Dinner Meeting. Attendee count typically ranges from 80 to 130 attendees, and the location should have the ability to expand if the number of attendees should increase due to the speaker or subject being presented. The location should also have access to parking facilities at minimal or no cost. Since our chapter has hosted several past dinner meetings, the program committee does review the subject and insures we are not repeating a subject on a frequent basis. We always welcome our Chapter Members comments and suggestions via a feedback survey, which is distributed at the conclusion of each event.
