As Project Managers, we focus much of our attention on optimizing our project execution capabilities – and on any systems implementation, managing your project to stay within budget, scope and timeline is certainly critical. However, when it comes to implementing major new systems, experience shows that Pre-Implementation Planning and determining the plan for Go-Live and Post-Implementation Support are essential factors for enabling a project’s overall success and its ability to achieve expected project benefits.
Join us for a discussion about what activities, objectives, and elements are addressed during Pre-Implementation Planning and in preparation for Go-Live and Post-Implementation Support and how they will make a difference on your project.
