EDUCATION FOR AREA PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS
The Project Management Institute-Delaware Valley Chapter (PMI-DVC) partners with educational institutions to provide area project management professionals with project management education opportunities, PMI-certification preparatory courses and professional development opportunities.
PMI-DVC offers courses in project management for individuals new to project management as well as project management professionals seeking CAPM (Certified Assistant in Project Management) or PMP (Project Management Professional) PMI certifications.

Our alliances with Bucks County Community College, Delaware Country Community College and the University of Delaware, provide an opportunity for our members to obtain professional development and examination preparation education at an exclusive-members-only reduced rate. Courses are taught by PMP®-certified practitioners who are members of the PMI-DVC with extensive real-world project management experience.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAYS
This all-day event occurs twice a year in the spring and fall and covers topics that are relevant and on-trend in project management. For more information regarding Professional Development Days, click here.
A typical study group takes place over a five-week period and is designed for CAPM and PMP certification candidates who have fulfilled the education and experience qualifications of the certificate they’re seeking. Study Groups are formed as needed and based on volunteer and instructor availability. For more information regarding Study Groups, please email Bob Cochran.
SCHOLARSHIPS & AWARDS
