DA Training

Disciplined Agile provides several ways to learn more about the DA toolkit, including (but not limited to) the following:

  • Disciplined Agile Workshops
  • Disciplined Agile Webinars
  • Speaking Engagements
  • Recommended Books

For the full list and links to resources, visit the DA Training web page.

DA Certification

Disciplined Agile certification requires a project manager to have a comprehensive understanding of DA Delivery, which in turn describes how all aspects of agile principles and practices fit together in an enterprise-class environment. Because the certifications build upon each other, a project manager can use them as a measure of how well agile skills and knowledge are spreading through their organization. The Disciplined Agile Consortium promotes a principled, Shu-Ha-Ri strategy (a martial arts concept that represents someone’s learning) to certification in that five designations are supported:

  • Disciplined Agilist (DA)
  • Certified Disciplined Agilist (CDA)
  • Certified Disciplined Agile Practitioner (CDAP)
  • Disciplined Agile Lean Scrum Master (DALSM)
  • Certified Disciplined Agile Coach (CDAC)
  • Certified Disciplined Agile Instructor (CDAI)
