President-Elect/ VP Of Programs
Ruth Anne Guerrero, MBA, PMP joined Keystone Mercy Health Plan (KMPH) in April of 2007 as Vice President, Project Management Office (PMO). She has a broad background in project management, with particular expertise in establishing and managing PMOs. Ruth Anne was a founding member of the Long Island PMI Chapter and former VP of Programs. When her job transferred her to the Philadelphia area in late 2004, she became a volunteer coordinator and is currently the Vice President of Education for the PMI Delaware Valley Chapter.
Ruth Anne has worked at JPMorgan Chase Cardmember Services where she was Vice President responsible for the Project Management Center of Excellence (COE), a project office and competency development center that supported project managers worldwide. . Ruth Anne has also held positions at Cablevision Systems Corporation and the Long Island Lighting Company. Ruth Anne has long been involved in standardizing project management processes and promoting ways that the project management discipline can help organizations improve their project execution, thereby enabling the attainment of strategic business goals.
