Project
Plan Development (CORE)
Project success is not measured by the amount
of documentation that is produced. The success
of a Project is directly impacted by the quality
of the documentation and the communication and
use of the documentation. It's not "How Much"
but "What" needs to be documented and
"How" you use this documentation to
manage your project. The course will focus on
a format for successful documentation of your
projects. Learn how to create a "Project
Plan" that you can use to manage your project.

and more importantly, of resilience. We will also
look at techniques to manage stress and increase
resilience for you and your team.
